Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Coastal Patio Outdoor Living. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

As of right now in-store pick up is only available until further notice.

All in-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Special Orders on non in-stock items will take longer to process. Customer will be contacted by email with an estimated pick up day for out of stock orders.

Order confirmation & Pick up times

You will receive a confirmation email when we process your order and another email when your order is ready for pick up.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Coastal Patio Outdoor Living is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Coastal Patio Outdoor Living is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will contact the distributor to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Returns on in-stock items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be brought to the store within 30 days. Returns must be in undamaged, original packaging and be unused, new condition. Returns are not accepted on special orders.
